The DSP601ZJU incorporates the innovative AWS (Auto-start Wireless System) . This technology allows the saw to communicate via Bluetooth with a compatible vacuum cleaner: the vacuum starts automatically as soon as you pull the trigger of the saw. The result? A perfectly clean worksite and optimal respiratory safety, without any connecting cables.
Thanks to its brushless motor and ADT (Automatic Torque Drive Technology) , the saw adjusts its speed and torque in real time according to the material's resistance. Whether you're cutting solid wood, laminated panels, or engineered materials, the cut remains smooth, fast, and of consistent quality.
Absolute precision and total safety
Equipped with a scoring function (2 mm pre-cut) to prevent splintering on fragile materials, the DSP601ZJU guarantees perfectly clean edges. Its bevel range extends from -1° to 48° , with positive stops for the most common angles. When used with a Makita guide rail, it allows for perfect straight cuts over long lengths, making it a superior alternative to a bulky table saw.
Comfort and safety are not neglected: the electric brake stops the blade in a fraction of a second, while the soft start avoids jolts when starting up. Important note: This model is delivered in "ZJU" version, i.e. the machine alone in an Mbox case with the AWS Bluetooth module, without battery or charger.
